ListWyse Ltd ("ListWyse", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ListWyse platform, an AI-powered real estate photo enhancement service accessible at listwyse.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our Service, and the rights you have in relation to that information.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide through our authentication provider, Clerk.

Content you upload: Property photographs and any associated metadata (such as file name, size, and upload timestamp) that you provide when using the Service.

Payment information: Billing details (name, address, card last four digits) are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, project history, and error logs.

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and other standard log data collected automatically when you access our platform.

Communications: Records of any emails, support requests, or other communications you send to us.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including processing your uploaded photos through our AI pipeline.
• Manage your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate important service updates.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Respond to support requests and feedback.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve product features and user experience.
• Send you product news, tips, and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time).
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share your data only with trusted third parties necessary to run the Service:

• Clerk – User authentication and account management.
• Stripe – Payment processing.
• Supabase – Database and file storage (images are stored in EU/US regions).
• fal.ai – AI image processing pipeline. Images are transmitted to fal.ai servers for processing and are not retained beyond the processing window.
• Vercel – Application hosting and edge delivery.

All third-party processors are subject to contractual data processing agreements and are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ListWyse, our users, or the public.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Original and processed images are retained for up to 90 days after the project is created to allow you to download your results. After this period, images are permanently deleted from our storage.

You may request earlier deletion of your content at any time. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction: Ask us to limit how we process your data.

• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
